New headquarters for non-profit organization with sixty years history of advocacy for children’s and young adult health and wellness. This 200,000 sf program located on a 20 acre site in the Hamilton Lakes Corporate Campus in Itasca is under construction and will be completed by the 1st quarter of 2018. The concept attempt to embrace the natural environment of the existing lake, creating a series of interior and exterior gardens connecting the natural environment. The building is designed as a “pavilion” in the garden with highly flexible spaces, allowing the building program to transform over time. The interior spaces allow for user interactions, throughout connecting open areas.The building facade doesn't compete with the natural surrounding, rather becomes extension of it throughout dynamic reflection, which becomes part of the language of the facade. Modernist rigor of the colorful  vertical glass fins complements the dynamic language of the building skin, creating natural impression of movement observed from different locations, or during different time of the day or year. This movement and constant transition represents the organization innovation and adaptation to new changes and demands of different generations.
